-We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented CEO’s Assistant to provide support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling multiple tasks, translating for meetings and events from English to Vietnamese and vice versa, creating reports, managing contracts, and carrying out various tasks for the CEO. The candidate must have strong English language skills, translation experience, and be proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
• Handle multiple tasks, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and managing email correspondence.
• Translate for meetings and events from English to Vietnamese and vice versa.
• Create and manage reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
• Coordinate and manage various projects for the CEO.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Preferred gender: Female
• At least 1 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Experience in translation and interpretation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
