– Report directly to supervisor(s) and Project Manager if required.

– Receive requests departments, analyze business processes, propose possible solutions.

– Writing business requirements specification documents, user requirements.

– Analyze design, product functionality, use prototyping tools to design mockups/wireframes for apps, and use tools to model requirements.

– Writing detailed user stories and tasks for DEV and QC team, and managing these within structured Epics.

– Coordinate with DEV, QA team during development, to ensure that project members clearly understand and properly understand the requirements.

– Write instructions to use the functions of the system.

– Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Business Systems Analyst/Business Analyst.

– Good presentation and documentation skills.

– Business process modeling and design.

– Can read and design in UML language, familiar with at least one of the Use Case diagrams, Activity Diagrams, State Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams.

– Can understand and design a real Diagram relational body.

– Experience in retail is an advantage.

– Have a eagerness to learn.

– Ability to approach, research & grasp technology quickly & effectively.

– Graduated IT universities.

– Data-driven, experience in , Data Model is a plus.

– Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.

– Good English skill is plus
